In restorative yoga, we use props to support the body in restful poses, encouraging a state of deep relaxation and healing. Each pose is held for several minutes to allow the body and mind to fully unwind.
Complementing this, the sound healing portion features instruments like crystal bowls and chimes, creating therapeutic sound vibrations that enhance relaxation, reduce stress, and promote emotional and energetic harmony.

This practice is done in a heated 90 degree room. We reduce the pace of our practice, place greater emphasis on calming the mind and becoming attuned to the alignments within our bodies. We incorporate deep stretching poses throughout our flow.
