Welcome to your Yin Yoga practice. In this class, we focus on releasing tensions from your head and heart space. Holding gentle and relaxing poses for an elongated period of time, with the support of many yoga tools (blankets, blocks, all that good stuff) allowing your body to relax and come to a state of vulnerability. It's time to get real with yourself for one hour. Can't wait to see you on Yin-Day!
