Foundational Yoga Series
This series of classes is designed for anyone who’s new to yoga—or experienced yogis and teachers who want to revisit the essentials with a playful, stress-free vibe. We’ll keep things simple, light, and accessible while still giving you tools you can take into any yoga class or home practice. Each class we will focus on a different topic, learning a few basics, answering any questions and then finishing with a short practice together.
Pranayama - An introduction to mindful breathing. Learn how controlling the breath can reduce stress, quiet the mind, enhance your yoga practice and even give you more energy. We will discuss the benefits of pranayama and learn a few simple techniques, then practice together.
